Terms of service

Last updated: April 20, 2026

These terms are a starting point for a SeatWise deployment. Have them reviewed by legal counsel before you offer the product to paying customers or the general public.

The service

SeatWise provides software for managing events, guests, tables, constraints, and seating optimization. Features and availability depend on your environment and configuration.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with your organization’s access policies. When OIDC is enabled, authentication is subject to your identity provider’s terms and settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service—for example by attempting unauthorized access to other tenants’ data, disrupting infrastructure, or uploading unlawful content. Guest data should be handled in line with applicable privacy laws and contracts with your clients.

Disclaimer

Seating suggestions are generated by automated optimization. You remain responsible for verifying plans against venue rules, safety requirements, and real-world considerations the model may not capture.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeatWise and its operators disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Your jurisdiction may not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent permitted.

Changes and termination

Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms or operational reasons.
